The proud mother dog tag is a keepsake that reminds her of her precious son or daughter while they are away serving. Optionally, you may select two birthstones as shown.

• When ordering, please select your desired finish: “Polished Bright” or “Antique Satin” from the drop down menu provided.
• For an additional $20, you may choose to have your dog tag engraved.
• The dog tag is designed with 2 panels for personalized engraving.
• You may enter up to 8 characters on each of the panels.
• Charms must be ordered separately.
